About us

One department. One standard.

Our history

A department built by this community.

Founded in 1948 by a handful of volunteers with a single pumper truck, our department has grown alongside this community for more than seventy-five years.

Today we’re a mix of career and volunteer firefighters, EMTs, and support staff — trained to the same standard and ready to answer the same calls, together.
