Our brush unit and Engine 2 responded to a field fire along Township Road 12 that was moving quickly in dry, windy conditions. Crews knocked the fire down before it reached a nearby outbuilding.
With conditions dry, residents are reminded to check the current burn-ban status before doing any open burning.
